A wedding emcee (MC) or wedding host is the person who keeps your day flowing — welcoming guests, making announcements, introducing the big moments and working with your venue and suppliers to keep everything on track.
As a Wedding Host and Magician in Bristol, I offer something a little different. Alongside professional hosting, I perform interactive close-up magic throughout your day, breaking the ice, filling those natural gaps and keeping your guests entertained.

What's the difference between a Wedding MC and a traditional Toastmaster?
A traditional Toastmaster is often associated with a more formal style of wedding hosting and ceremony. My approach as a Wedding MC is much more relaxed and interactive.
I combine professional hosting with humour, guest interaction and live magic, helping your wedding flow naturally while keeping the atmosphere fun and your guests involved throughout the day.

Can you perform magic as well as host our wedding?
Absolutely — that's one of the biggest advantages of having me as your Wedding MC.
Alongside hosting your day, I can perform close-up magic during the drinks reception, entertain guests around the tables during the wedding breakfast and create special moments before the speeches or during the evening.
It means you're getting your Wedding MC and magician from one person, helping create a seamless experience throughout the day.

Half-Day Hosting combines professional Wedding MC duties with interactive close-up magic through the main part of your wedding day.
This can include welcoming guests, making announcements, coordinating with your venue and suppliers, close-up magic during the drinks reception, table magic during the wedding breakfast and introducing the speeches.
The exact timings can be tailored around your wedding and venue.
What's included in Full-Day Wedding Hosting?
Full-Day Hosting is designed for couples who want someone there throughout the day to help keep everything flowing while entertaining their guests along the way.
From welcoming guests and making announcements to coordinating key moments, performing close-up and table magic, introducing speeches and helping transition into the evening celebrations, I'll be there to keep guests informed, entertained and involved.
We'll discuss your plans beforehand so the hosting works around the wedding you want rather than forcing your day into a fixed format.
Do you only host weddings in Bristol?
Not at all. While I'm based in Bristol, I host weddings up and down the UK, travelling wherever the celebration takes me.
I'm also available for destination weddings abroad, combining professional wedding hosting and interactive magic wherever you're planning to celebrate.

After more than a decade performing at Bristol’s Smoke & Mirrors Magic Theatre and entertaining at hundreds of weddings and events across the UK, I know how to read a room, adapt when timings change and keep guests engaged.
